InfoForCity participates in affiliate programmes. We may earn a commission when you book or buy through certain links on this site — at no additional cost to you. This disclosure is made in accordance with FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 255).
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and complete a booking or purchase, the merchant pays us a small commission. The price you pay is identical whether you use our link or go straight to the merchant.
Affiliate links appear on pages covering hotels, mobile data and airport arrival essentials. They carry rel="sponsored" in the HTML, and every page that uses them links back to this disclosure.
Fares, journey times, station details and opening hours on this site come from the operators themselves. For Tokyo that means JR East, Keisei, Keikyū, Tokyo Monorail, Tokyo Metro, Toei Transportation, Narita International Airport, Haneda Airport and the official Japan Rail Pass site. Those operator links are plain informational links. We earn nothing from them, and no transport operator pays for placement or favourable coverage here.
This matters more than usual on a transport site: on almost every Tokyo route the cheapest option is a train nobody pays us to recommend, and we say so plainly.

| Hotels.com (via Commission Junction) | Hotels | Tokyo hub, Shinjuku Station, Shibuya Station, Tokyo Station |
| Booking.com (via Commission Junction) | Hotels | Same pages as Hotels.com, dual-listed so you can compare both |
| Bounce | Luggage storage | Luggage Storage in Tokyo |
| Klook | Transport tickets, luggage delivery and park tickets | Narita → Tokyo, Haneda → Tokyo, Tokyo Subway Guide, Luggage Storage in Tokyo, Tokyo Disney Access |
| Viator | Private airport transfers, day-trip tours | Narita → Tokyo, Haneda → Tokyo, Day Trips from Tokyo |
| GetYourGuide (via Commission Junction) | Private airport transfers, day-trip tours | Narita → Tokyo, Haneda → Tokyo, Day Trips from Tokyo — listed alongside Viator so you can compare both |
We have deliberately decided against a Japan Rail Pass affiliate link. Our JR Pass page argues that most visitors to Tokyo should not buy one, and sends readers to the official site because it is cheapest. Taking a commission on a product we are talking you out of would be worth less to us than the page being trustworthy.
Before linking any luggage-storage brand for Tokyo we checked each one's actual coverage, because a service with a handful of drop-off points in a city of fourteen million is worse than no recommendation at all.
We also say plainly on that page that a coin locker is cheaper than any of them, including the one we earn from.
Affiliate relationships do not influence what we recommend, and we do not rank options by commission rate. We do not accept sponsored posts, paid reviews, or payment for favourable coverage. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed prominently on the affected page.
